Hi, I'm Tara Funk — a fourth-generation artist and lifelong Bay Area local. I love drawing on site: at stadiums and on sidelines, down sidewalks and alleyways, wherever a small moment of life catches my eye. There's almost always a notebook and pen tucked somewhere in my bag, and most of what I make is in pen and ink or watercolor. I live with my husband and our two dogs, and by day I work as a graphic designer. When I'm not drawing, you'll usually find me rowing or somewhere near the water.
